hi, I'm Sidikat

I help founders understand what their customers need, the alternatives they're considering, and the value only their product delivers.

Then we commit to one direction(positioning) that shapes what you say(messaging) and build(product).

Ways to work together

01

Positioning Sprint

A short project to tackle a specific positioning problem.

Best for: a product people already use, without a clear position against the alternatives.

I'll help you evaluate the options and make a more informed positioning decision.

What you'll get:

  • An internal positioning deck with recommendations.
  • A rewritten homepage that reflects the recommended direction.

02

Fractional Product Marketing

For when you need a product marketer on your team, but not a full-time hire.

Best for: a public launch, growing an existing product, or rethinking how you market it.

I'll join your team, help establish priorities, and take ownership of the work as your needs evolve.

What we can work on: Customer and market research, positioning, messaging, product launches, and content strategy.

How I Work

  1. 01

I care about the product as much as the marketing.

I don't think positioning starts and ends with finding better words. Sometimes the most useful insight is about the product itself. If the value or differentiation isn't really there, I'd rather help figure out what needs to change.

  2. 02

I don't need a perfectly defined role to do useful work.

I've spent most of my career working in startups where responsibilities don't fit neatly into job descriptions. I can figure out what needs doing, take ownership, and bring in the right people when necessary.

  3. 03

I teach myself what I need to get things done.

I've taught myself to work with new tools, build websites, prototype products, and create systems that make my work easier. I'm happy to learn something new when it's useful, but I don't feel the need to adopt every new tool just because it exists.

If the way I work sounds like what you need, let's talk.

Tell me about your product and what you're trying to figure out.
